ASD 2924 Walton and Shostakovitch CELLO CONCERTOS Vinyl LP Tortelier TAS Listed

33rpm LP Record of ASD 2924 Walton and Shostakovitch CELLO CONCERTOS featuring Paul Tortelier on cello and the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra conducted by Paavo Berglund. It was issued on the stereo EMI black and white dog in stamp label in 1973. TAS Listed. UK pressing.

The record itself is graded excellent, with the odd light surface mark visible when viewed under normal house lighting. Play-tested on a USB turntable. Superb sound quality, with NO jumps, loud pops or crackle and just around 10 ticks on track 2 of Side Two. Otherwise more or less crystal clear and faultless playback.

Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels clean. Very faint spider marks.

The outer sleeve is graded at least very good, with light handling and storage wear. The spine is intact and strong with no loss to the lettering. The inner sleeve has browned with age, but has no tears or writing.
