33rpm LP Record of ASD 267 Beethoven FIFTH SYMPHONY (plus Leonore Overture No5), featuring the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Andre Cluytens. It was issued on the EMI Stereo white and gold label in 1958. UK pressing.The record itself is graded at least excellent with one or two light surface marks visible when viewed under normal house lighting. Play-tested on an audio-technica turntable. Superb sound quality, with no major issues, just a very tiny trace of background noise here and there lasting no more than a few seconds in total. Otherwise more or less faultless playback.
Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels clean. No discernible spider marks.
The outer flipback sleeve is graded excellent with light handling and storage wear and a thumbnail closed tear to the bottom corner. The red chevron spine is intact and strong with a tiny nick that has resulted in the loss of a couple of letters. The inner sleeve has no significant wear.
