ASD 2301 Holst THE PLANETS Vinyl LP

On offer here is a 33rpm LP Record of ASD 2301 - GUSTAV HOLST: THE PLANETS, featuring the New Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Sir Adrian Boult. It was issued on the EMI Records label in 1967. The label shows the HMV dog in a coloured stamp.

The record itself is in excellent condition, with hardly any visible scratches/marks - perhaps just the odd one. Excellent sound quality, with NO jumps, pops or ticks and only very faint crackle at the start of Side One - otherwise virtually flawless playback. Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels very clean, no discernible spider marks.

The sleeve and original EMI inner sleeve are also in excellent condition, with only minor wear (bit of rubbing to edges, bumping to corners, back cover very lightly soiled but nothing drastic at all). Overall, this is a high quality item.
