9500 681 Rimsky-Korsakov SCHEHERAZADE Vinyl LP Kondrashin

33rpm LP Record of 9500 681 Rimsky-Korsakov SCHEHERAZADE Op 35, featuring Herman Krebbers on solo violin, accompanied by the Concertgebouw Orchestra, Amsterdam conducted by Kirill Kondrashin. It was issued on the PHILIPS Red Stereo label in 1980. This is one of the finest recordings by this particular orchestra.

The record itself is graded better than excellent, with hardly a mark visible when viewed under normal house lighting. Superb sound quality, with NO jumps, pops, ticks or crackle. In fact, it is a virtually faultless playback.

Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels very clean, no discernible spider marks.

The outer sleeve and plain white inner sleeve are again graded better than excellent with no significant wear. Overall, an excellent example of a much sought after vinyl record.

Tracks are:

  • RIMSKY-KORSAKOV SCHEHERAZADE: THE SEA AND SINBAD'S SHIP
  • RIMSKY-KORSAKOV SCHEHERAZADE: THE STORY OF THE CALENDER PRINCE
  • RIMSKY-KORSAKOV SCHEHERAZADE: THE YOUNG PRINCE AND THE YOUNG PRINCESS
  • RIMSKY-KORSAKOV SCHEHERAZADE: FESTIVAL AT BAGHDAD - THE SEA - THE SHIP GOES TO PIECES AGAINST A ROCK SURMOUNTED BY A BRONZE WARRIOR (THE SHIPWRECK)
